Currently, there are 13 properties listed condos on the MLS at Ontario Place, of which only 3 are under contract. This suggests a supply-demand imbalance, with available units outpacing buyer demand at 10 E Ontario. However, it is important to note that this trend appears to be specific to Ontario Place, as other comparable buildings in River North are experiencing steady demand and lower inventory levels.

This imbalance may be attributed to a few factors, including the investor group backing out of their purchase contract and owners, who had been waiting years to sell, now opting to list their properties simultaneously. We believe the units at Ontario Place are currently undervalued, presenting a potential opportunity for significant appreciation once the building stabilizes.
