As of November 2025, condo inventory at 345 N LaSalle (The Sterling) remains limited. Only 3 condos are currently listed for sale on the MLS, along with 3 condos/apartments for rent in the building. Compared with similar River North condo buildings, The Sterling continues to show lower resale and rental inventory, suggesting that many owners are choosing to hold their homes rather than sell.
